Why Choose This
Company? At Speaking Legally, we do
not offer seminars where you will sit and listen to our
“invaluable” tips. We do not lecture you on how to become a
better, more effective public speaker. We actually work with you. During our courses, you
get up on your feet and do the work you were trained to do. Our instructors
watch and study your style, your delivery, and evaluate your abilities and
strengths from actually observing you and your colleagues at work. No amount
of talk from an instructor can compare with the experience of getting a hands-on,
workshop experience. In addition, we can offer
video services of your training session. If you’ve never seen a tape of
yourself delivering a speech, it can be an exciting, sometimes shocking,
experience. At the end of your session, we can provide you with a video of
your experience to study and from which you can learn how to enhance your
speaking and delivery style. The Power to
Succeed The heart of trial
advocacy is crafting a powerful and persuasive presentation -- vocal skill,
crystal clarity, simplicity and an aura of confidence are key. If you are
able to project the idea that your cause is just, and that you truly believe
in it, these skills can often mean the difference between success and
failure. In other words, sometimes what makes you a winner is the perception
that you are a winner from the
outset. Our Promise Speaking Legally is not a
legal consulting company or law firm, so you don't need to worry about us
meddling with your case. We are interested only in helping to refine your
physical and vocal presentation. The substance of the case rests, as it
should, with the legal team hired to prepare it. But how you communicate your case- that's where we
can help. The Challenge Juries, as well as judges, can often be extremely jaded or distracted. Trials can be notoriously dull. Opening statements must contain compelling stories that rivet the jury’s attention and keep it. Speaking Legally will provide you with the tools to keep jurors and judges sharply attuned to what you have to say and allow you to deliver your message more effectively. |
